Thanks to all our incredible sponsors all classes are FREE with Expo admission.

All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in class. 

Anyone 18 and under must have a parent/guardian present to sign waiver.

All participants must be wearing athletic shoes and clothing that are safe to participate in.

Class size is limited to the first 24 people to sign up.  Sign up EARLY!

Sign up is based on a first come, first serve basis.

There will be a waiting list for no shows.

Adult classes are only for ages 14 and up.  Minors must have an adult present to sign waiver.

Kid classes are for ages 7-14 or 6-year olds with experience.

Competitors may do a full course run immediately following class. 

Runs are $5 each, competitors may do an unlimited number of runs.

Salmon ladder challenge is included in run.

Shirts will be available for $15
